It litterally takes 20 minutes to see he is a all around natural two-way box to box midfielder. But your clueless post said he isnt. So are you blind or you just that clueless you cant tell the obvious skillset and role he has on the pitch? He is not a holding DM and he never was, that was the role Danilo played, a position Mckennie was never in contention for.

I'm not even taking about he is good, average or bad, just play style, its super obvious what his playstyle and role is in a midfield. So both your previous posts failed remarkably in noticing that.

Here, take the players words on what type of player he is:

Yep you’re right. He wants to be a b2b, but ive seen him play cam, on the wing, b2b, in 2 man midfield and failed in all position. He is below average player. Bad deal bro, bad deal.

Should have played him since the start of 2nd half. I just dont get it why Pirlo waiting so long to make subs. We played horrible
Just before they scored I was thinking to myself, "Pirlo must be happy with what he is seeing, we are nearly 70 mins in and no subs". Bizarre.

Who knows whether McKennie would have made a difference, he surely wouldn't have been worse. But to not even try to change something given the performance was awful management.

Its frustating to watch.
First half was awful. No penetration or run from the midfield, sideways passes, and the way we use 4-4-2 to have wing overlap is awful. I just thought 1-2 changes like even take off Berna for Frabotta, subs Kulu off could make us better. But Pirlo do nothing

McKennie has already scored 5 goals, in his first season, Vidal scored 7 goals.

[Tuttosport]
Yeah, McKennie is almost as good as Vidal, he's equal to Pogba (also 5 goals in his first season), better than Pirlo of course (3 goals in his first season), but worse than Pereyra (6 goals in his first season). Pereyra and McKennie the best midfielders we had in the last decade. Pirlo the worst.

You're quoting Tuttosport, a newspaper read by Juve fans. It's a paper that is telling the fans what the Juve board wants them to hear. And here the Juve board is telling us: Look, McKennie is as good as Vidal. We're fine, no problem and no need to invest much in midfield.
If that dumbfuck Arthur didn't have 0 assists, Tuttosport would have made comparisons to Pirlo.

American? Probably younger too, right?

Let me find a way for you to understand. Tuttosport is a newspaper. That's a periodical publication. It's printed. Kinda like a book. You saw a book I'm sure (if you haven't: https://www.google.com/search?q=boo...XYNuwKHa-4AVkQ_AUoAXoECAIQAw&biw=1536&bih=722). The owners and others who pay the money, are using the paper to tell the public what they want the public to know, to spin things, or to not tell things so the public wouldn't hear what the owners don't want the readers to know.
You're American, so think of CNN or Fox news.

Or because you're younger, think of twitter and the stuff Trump used to write there. Wasn't true, but it was intended to please the followers and prepare them for something.

Here (the news is"McKennie has already scored 5 goals, in his first season, Vidal scored 7 goals"), we are supposed to be pleased by Paratici and the purchase of McKennie, who is (almost) as good as Vidal, and to form an opinion that we have the new Vidal so the midfield is not that bad. Only a minor fix is needed in midfield.

P.S: It's intended for the shallow to buy the news. It's obviously working.

Sorry there, John Carew. Didn't recognize you.

Imagine not attacking a player, but a newspaper, and a fanboy jumps to defend the player from the guy who's attacking the newspaper.
Calling me a fanboy?

lol he is shit. Going back to Schalke in the summer.
So?

edit: we sign bums like Arthur and McKennie and then wonder why we struggle in CL. Now ppl want Locatelli, another mediocre player
I was against this signing, but he won me over. Definitely good enough to be a squad player.

...
That escalated quickly.

It is in no way tricking any real follower into thinking Tici and co. did a good job on our midfield.

But cut McKennie some slack and let the boy grow. He can definitely be a squad player for us even if he obviously ain't a Vidal.
