How does Pirlo play with Vidal and then not recognize a lot of the same qualities in this kid and instead plays him in some hybrid mid/wing position?

- high motor
- intelligent movement
- good finisher
- good tackler
- great first touch and those little 1-2 touches that Vidal did a lot as well to compensate for lack of speed and dribbling
- quite agile and fast for a b2b midfielder

I pray to God he's Allegri's cup of tea. This kid has everything to be a great midfielder for us

Comparing to vidal looks far fetched he can be useful as fifth choice midfielder

I need to see much more of him to do that comparison.

What i agree with you is that he is not an offensive player. He can do the occassional apearance inside the box and thats it. But i really think he needs to be used as a def midfielder

There’s no reason why he wouldn’t be his cup of tea. Other than the not so small fact he’s American. That would be the only reason.

I am not saying he is going to be or that he even can be as good as Vidal

Just that he has a lot of the same qualities (not as good at them) as Vidal and he is clearly a b2b mid, not what Pirlo tried.

I agree.

I dont know what was Pirlo thinking to bh...because it seems clear he is a b2b, not an offensive player of any sort

Ya but look at Vidal, he was willing to go a war meanwhile Wes Mac is more likely going for a BLM parade. That's totally 2 different mentalities.

There's warriors, there's gladiators then there's pussies. For example: Vidal was a warrior, De Rossi was a gladiator so what we can expect from these 2021 wanna-save-the-world type of individuals who are more concerned about leaving the mark outside of the football instead of on the pitch. You saw Rashford's interview or some post on social media after the missed penalty, it was something like "normally im pretty confident while taking a penalty but somehow something didn't feel quite right" while talking about how he's been having a difficult season etc. Seriously, never come up with that type of excuses, fucking admit you've missed a penalty you should not have, that's what Vidal would have said. Be a man.

And what the hell do you know about McKennie’s character or Rashford’s? I’d make the argument that they’re way stronger than you in every personality trait possible and I’d be right. I’m not even sure how you linked the two, you need a therapist bro

After missing the penal Rashford published like a 459 page book of how he missed the penal because of racism and how hard it is to be black in England lmao. McKenny is exactly the same type, we will find out after the next JJ CL final.

Ironically just saying 'I fucked up and there is no excuse' will make everybody forgive you 100 times faster

I know their character by looking at their faces. "Every personality train possible" LMAO. If they were dropped out to the wilderness, the couldn't move an inch without shitting in their pants by not having their mobile device near them. Talk about soft individuals, that are so far away from the actual life that is possible. Mentally they ain't nothing but enjoying the luxury that our ancestors set for them by doing all the dirty work, while trying to make victims out of themselves.

Get a reality grip for real.
