i hope he gets no raise and it's just to lower the amortization. iirc he's on 2.5m already, that's something a desperate pl club could match if he goes back to his useless chubby mode. anything above that would be way too high

His stock is surely on the up as he is probably playing the best football of his entire career at this moment, performance wise he continues to be a very pleasant surprise this season, then again for how long this patch will last remains to be seen but currently he seems to be on a progressive pattern and not slowing down at all.

Has the potential to be a cult hero here.

I don't know if he is a good player who's finally fullfilling his potential or is just a mediocre player having a run of luck and good form.
Still to early to judge.

he's only 25. even marchisio didn't show full potential till around similar age.

not saying he has similar skill but he continues like this he will be a fan favourite and have a long career here as a good squad player

Nedved won Ballon d'Or age 31, so McPasser has at least 6 more years to win it.
