    why is there no data for Iceland though?
    Iceland is doing ok, Greenland (and a couple of other states) is the one without data. Although technically Greenland is Danish territory, so they are the best in the world. :D

    Yeah this has been going on for years. I thought you people would have seen these charts already. They force fed them to us in my global business classes at NYU.
