probably someone from technical staff told giuntoli that we need a winger but didn't specify it, assuming he would understand.

he did not.
Portuguese clubs are known for their shady deals with sport agencies from Brazil. I guess Giuntoli has sensed an opportunity there.

Anyway, I'd rather take a gamble on a guy who actually runs and can go past a defender instead of bringing Salemakers, Orsolini or Zaccagni.

We should get him if he is really good for big matches, every match is a big match for Juventus this season

Why is he our main target if he occupies the same position as Yldiz?
I think in Motta's mind if you can play as a winger you can play either on the left or the right. This is what he expected from the players

They probably can move and swap position fluidly during match

This is usually the case especially if the player is good with both feet (ambidextrous), and these players can cut in or go by line then cross and are very hard to predict/mark by defender

And for Galeno as far in his career he can play anywhere and score or assists from each positions. But true the most effective on the left winger. But you can see clearly the other positions isnt far inferior

We will probably see if we sell players like Kostic or/and Milik mostly our attacking players will have similar mould except for Vlahovic

All of the sudden Adeyemi doesn’t seem half bad, huh?

I have zero hopes that Galeno wil be anything special, other than a Kostic 2.0

Because a team needs more then 1 left winger? It would be folly to rely solely in a teenager who had only 1 goal in league last season. We need to replace Chiesa and Kostic so need another LW.

True, if he was like 15-20M, but Porto are asking for 40M for a dude that will soon be 27 and looks to be a one trick pony.

But currently we have no RW. I'd rather have 1 LW and 1 RW than 2 LW and 0 RW. It reminds of a situation when we enforced a position where we were already covered...

Currently we have LW and RW, Yildiz left and Weah right, thats it. We badly needs two signings for both wings.

Saying we already covered in LW when we only have a 19 year old Yildiz (1 goal 1 assist in League last season) is crazy, we will compete for 4 different competitions next season. Not only is that insanely reckless, but also way too muuch pressure on the kid.

Its funny, last season we had 4 LWs, Illing jr, Yildiz, Kostic and Chiesa, and we didnt really use wing forwards, wingbacks mainly. Now we using actual wingers we sold 1, we getting rid of 2 of them and so far struggling to cover those positions.

did u forget about a son of golden ball winner?
I did that intentionally. All he can is attacking the space. Put him close to the end line and he's hopeless.

It's been clearly communicated Kenan will be at the center of the project. He will be starting, no doubt. Also, these days players younger than him are already taking full responsibility at the highest level so age is no excuse for Yildiz if we consider him a top prospect. That's why I don't understand why we don't prioritize the opposite side of the pitch.
