Why is Thuram not up to it?

Up until the Milan game we had conceded 2 in 9 Serie A games, one game doesn't mean he isn't up to the job.

But yes, we will need a replacement soon as he is getting old.

But I don't agree that he isn't up to it anymore.

Thuram is good enough for this season. Let's take the time to make a sensible choice and not buy the current top hyped player, as we did with Legrottaglie.

Thuram hasnt been his best for a while now, and his return for les Bleu has basically cut short his long term career imho. He hasnt been himself for a while, but he has still been world class. If he didnt play as many games he would be fine.

Thus canna was right.

i think kovac and thuram should do the job for this season, and both played very i have to say.

For the future we could have Gallas since he is looking for a new experience(i read that somewhere a while ago).

Barzagli is looking very good, but i dont think he is mature enough to play for juve yet.

Chivu didnt convince me at all this season.

we should wait and see first.
