Brilliant list! These guys really nailed it -- I would agree with practically every one of these ... save a question mark on Heitinga for the Fair Play award perhaps. Though I would add a category:

Best "Fair Play" Moment: Deco and Van Bronkhorst chatting it up after each getting sent off during the Netherlands-Portugal match.
