Baggio and Iniesta are very different players, position and talent wise; what Baggio could do on the pitch is pure magic, dribling past 3-4 guys was standard for him, Iniesta doesn't have fraction of his talent, nor decisiveness, and it's pointless to continue comparision between these two. Iniesta is fine player, but falls short of Italian in many areas of the game. Ask anyone from that period who saw him, probably will tell you the same. Vision, dribbling, set pieces, finishing, intelligence, etc...
Iniesta is part of the greatest Spanish side, but he's not the one that stands out, there are many others equally good or better than him. Baggio could make an average side look like a world-beater. FFS the guy when he had 38 yo was still one the best players in Serie A, making it possible that minnows like Brescia stay above relegation zone.
