you want to dismiss his success and make it look like hes a crap coach. of the last 15 seasons, he was a coach at a club for 9 seasons. 02/03 at Barcelona was bad, but he was only there for 1 season. he won a title with AZ in a league dominated by Ajax and PSV. at Bayern he won one title in 2 years but he did one more important thing. he made the team that later won the CL with Heynckes. you will say no but youre wrong. he created their playing style, which was later modificated by Jupp. he brought the young players to the 1st team, Muller, Alaba, Badstuer and Kroos. he sold key players like Lucio, Van Bommel, Toni, Klose and Demichelis so he had room to integrate these new young players. if you think otherwise then you either hate the guy or you have no clue what youre talking about.

9 club seasons in the last 15 seasons of which 5 were at AZ and 2 titles with a CL final is a great success. if he stayed longer at Bayern or Barcelona he would have even more probably. the point is, he takes over teams and makes something out of them. Netherlands was a total mess after the EURO 2012, now they are a semifinalist, Bayern was a mess in 2009, he started what turned out to be the best team in the last 10 years. so if you dont like him say so, but dont say hes not a great coach and dont try to minimize his achievements by manipulating facts. thats all
