I don't know why the US are butthurt about Ghana, but they are actually the best African team by far. Had Egypt gotten anyone else, we would be in the WC instead of the pathetic Algeria, the weakest Nigeria team in a long time, a very average Cameroon, and an ageing Ivory Coast.
