I think Alen had a bit of irony in his post. But you got to admit it's pretty funny we have yet another all European final, after so many people said European football was dead.

I agree with you though. Brazil was the best team by far. But they could have done with a bit more samba and including Melo was probably the mistake of the century, even if he had a great assist.

South America had a good tournament as well.

Well, anybody but Argentina. Mexico was screwed royally in that match. Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay all exceeded most expectations though.

I rate South American football very highly anyway. But it is funny how some members condemned European football, before we even got in the later stages. I won't claim anything though, because luck was such a big factor this WC.

I think Concacaf are better off with 2.5 spots, Mexico and the US would always qualify and their third would have a playoff with Conmebol's fifth
