He was out of gas, and couldn't keep up. The look on his face when Asamoah beat him for the ball said it all, simply heavy legs and couldn't keep up with him, add to it the bad positioning in the beginning that he got caught in and to make up for it he needed an extra gear which is hard to find late in the match

Great game. Ghana completely dominated in the 1st half. The US woke up in the 2nd, but still couldn't score. Their lone goal came from a penalty kick, they had struggle getting shots the majority of the game. Then Ghana dominated again in the extra time. Gyan's goal was the nail in the coffin. I knew it would be extremely hard for the US to come back after that.
