Yo Dule, why did you lock the threads? We have threads for aliens ffs. We should have threads about teams who participate at the WC. This subforum will last only during the world cup and no-one will use it later. Everything connected to the WC can be posted here and it shouldn't be restricted to 2-3 threads. If I want France to have it's own thread where we can discuss everything related to the French team, just like it's about the Azzurri, then I see no problem why we shouldn't have it.
Even if there are 32 different threads, I see no problem.

We never had separate team threads in the International competitions sub forum.

It is not necessary, the Azzurri thread should not have existed in the first place. I allowed it for the qualification only because of the Azzurri popularity on this forum but I never intended to allow team threads in the World Cup forum.

No there isn't.

It can be discussed in the groups thread and here. There was always only Azzurri thread but now people cry about others. I don't think it would be a good idea, having 10 threads like that one would only complicate things. Other mods will say if they any different.

There was never an Azzurri thread, its fan boys enjoyed a thread for the qualification.

It ain't necessary, but we don't only open "necessary" threads.
I guess not every team will get its thread. People probably won't start a thread for North Korea. At most some 10 teams might get it and in those threads only things related to the players from that team or the team itself will be discussed. The groups cover wider ground.

Since there already is an Azzurri thread, I really don't see why can't we open a thread for some other team.
Juve being Italian can't be the reason. Juve are also European and from the planet Earth.
