Better, let Del Piero come and do the magic later on
IMO it indeed is better.

I hate to say it, but I just can't immagine Del Piero being decisive in a WC final, the guy after all has a rather unimpressive record when it comes to finals. Can he really bear that burdon?

I'm sure he can make a difference, whether he starts or comes off the bench. The goal against ze Germans has given him confidence and a confident Del Piero is a threat to any team in the world.

No he can't. He needs to come on and score. If he can do it against the Germans with flair, then he could do it with any nation in the world.

It would be the last game ever for Zizou  so I wish him the happy ending...
but in the same time it would be the first World cup winning for Alex and I wish him to have it..:)
so, for me this game is a dream come true no matter what the result is gonna be.. I`ll be the happiest girl on earth.....:p ...
and by the way.. I`m gonna type the game on my VHS to be a memory for a lifetime...:D .....

I really doubt that we'll change our starting 11 and rightly so IMO. We've won our 3 Worldcups to European opposition in the final. Here's to hoping for 4

I hope this whole Zizou hype doesnt set us up for a massive decoy performance from someone else. Maybe thats why Gatusso wasnt talking about focusing on him as a man-marker

Yes, I also think we should keep our former starting eleven players intact, but De Rossi was thought as a starter before Camoranesi in the first two matches and Camoranesi didn't really have one of his best games against Germany. De Rossi has been great at practice from what I've heard.
