Nobody needs to know anything about their relation, he cheated on her, end of story. Whether he did it while she's pregnant, on period, or whatever, he still cheated. There is never an excuse for cheating, what he did is pure digusting, with man prostitute or anybody elsde. It's normal for man to believe cheating, is very low act.
