Beck & Bastos have not played for us though.
And when one of them turns out to be mediocre signing, what happens? You have a manager who's dead-set on one system and is unable to change his tactics around, alla Del Neri, and the slide down the table continues.

Both you put Beck in wingback position, which I don't think he'll manage so well. 3-5-2 will be a suicide with these players.
It sounds like Beck is coming regardless, along with Zaccardo. Pepe will be bought. So it's a choice between those three guys for the right-flank. It won't be Krasic.

Either Bastos or DC for the left flank.

No Rolando at the back. Bones and Chiellini with either Zaccardo or barzagli.

This is coming from FSC, folks. And they are far more credible than Football Italia.

I'm no fan of Mazzarri or his 3-5-2. Just because he's more attack minded than some Italian managers doesn't mean he's good.

This is bad. We are going nowhere.

Krasic playing Lavezzi's role and Pastore-Hamsik, Tevez instead of Cavani.. it could work for 3rd place, but that defence..:shifty: maybe we should look at Isla for rwb if we really are going to play 3 man defence.
Isla would be amazing, but in no means is a three-man defence a good idea. 4-4-2/4-3-3 or else gtfo, last year switching back to a 4-4-2 had cost us a shitload in money and now again a different formation for a new coach. :sergio:

Agnelli staking everything on a successful Sampdoria season in a mediocre Serie A last year and Angnelli staking everything this time on a successful Napoli season in an even worse Serie A :sergio:

Montolivo or Marchisio and Melo, Aquilani will be back up. Pazienza will arrive while Sissoko is sold. Pastore and Krasic supporting a single striker. Pepe will be retained for the right-wing role.
    Anything on Pirlo?

I like the sound of Pastore and Krasic supporting our Striker would be great to watch.

So, for the back it will be:

    Zaccardo, Chiellini, Bonucci, Barzagli, Sorensen

    Midfield:

Pepe, Beck, Montolivo, Marchisio, Aquilani, Melo, Pazienza, Bastos, DC

    Attackers:

Krasic, Pastore, Tevez, Matri, Quag, Del Piero
