I'll take a look after the holiday when I have some cash to spend. Burke and I have been getting into Knob Creek. It's pretty drinkable with kind of a fruity finish.

I had a very nice Ardbeg Renaissance last time I was out.

It was in a bar that has the biggest selection of whisky in Aberdeen. I only just managed to resist a 60 year old MacAllan at £200 for a dram.

Of course (typo), bought on the isle bought a few weeks ago.

As for Bourbon, it's underrated as a spirit. And you can get quality at a much cheaper price than other whiskeys.

Don't get me wrong I fancy a good Scotch.
