He is like a Christain Vieri except not as skilled. He can shoot very well and is great in the air.
Yeah, the poor man's Vieiri. I think I called him that on here once. :D It's a decent description.

NNNOOOO dont want these guys. Why would we want a moody aussie and a compleltly useless norwegian??? Neither are of juve quality and see no real positive s of buying them.

Actually, I find that he's a tad more agile than Vieri. He's got that one move that he always does, the Zidane-esque turn. Pretty nimble for a big man, I must say

Come on y'al,l Viduka is a fine striker with a good scoring record. He offers us things we don't have: Size, strength, and aerial ability. Furthermore, Leeds are going to be relegated and maybe liquidated, he wouldn't cost that much. Surely he wouldn't come on as a starter, but I could see him gaining that role. You can say that he's not skilled or what-not, but he comes through with the goals.

i think viduka could be handy actually. he does have size, stength and ariel ability.

i have been watching him play since his teenage days here in melbourne and he has good touch and control for a man of his size. i know recent times havent been kind to him at leeds, but when he first joined them, he was really playing well. and most of all, he scores which is something we need from a player coming off the bench.

once again, it comes down to what tactics we are going to play. di vaio's contract is being extended and trez is leaving now for sure. so maybe looking at a forward similar to di vaio as back up is probably better.

zlatan and viduka as his back up wouldnt be so bad though.

and as bakke...is that a joke?

Selling Trez and keeping DYO is a sad joke
Looking for someone similar to DYO? why?? he can get bad enough alone
:howler:

Imagine Viduka and Zlatan sitting on the bench as his backup...

A good fit, IMO. Carew is leaving so they are looking to upgrade their large striker position, and VIduka is an upgrade there. I just wonder how they think that they can afford him.
