I rate him but there is only one reason that Napoli would sell him to us and that's if we massively overpay. He will have plenty of teams interested and why would Napoli sell him to us unless there is a premium?

We aren't in the position to overpay and throw 85m on a striker when we need midfielders, centre backs and full backs.

The smartest piece of business would be to sign David on a free, similar to how Inter signed Thuram. But Jungtoli gets his panties in a twist and would rather overpay 90M for Osimhen than 12 million a year on David.

I don't think David will be close to 12m a year. He's going to be 15m wages and bonuses on top.

He's got enough suitors that I see that as likely.

Pedulla reveals that Napoli might be forced to sell the player to Juventus to avoid major financial losses.

“Of course, there is a clause of €75 million that is valid abroad and not in Italy. But if Osi has chosen, his desire must be taken into strong consideration in any negotiation. Also because – here is the other possible key – the famous renewal option until 2027 includes an enormous salary for Victor of 15 million net, very unlikely to happen.

“If Victor says no to the others because he wants only one destination, the choice is very simple: satisfy him or risk his devaluation until his contract expires.”

No doubt the magic that has turned so many players into shit that have joined over the years will also work on him.

Would i replace him with dusan? Yes. But will we play an exciting and modern brand of football that utilises his talent upfront? No.

Oshimen is a real target for Juventus, who is exploring all sorts of scenarios like this one. I can’t confirm as of now an agreements with the players entourage. With Conte his relationship has been good, it was the managers of Napoli and their relationship’s deterioration that led to his exit.

In the last few days, Al-Hilal has come forward for Osimhen without a real official offer. Concrete survey, both with the player and with Napoli. But the figures that are circulating from Arabia today are not those that can satisfy Napoli (for abroad clause of 75 million). To date, a firm no from Napoli who asks to pay the clause.

Juventus has said they are ready to make a huge effort for Osimhen, offering a figure around 75/80 million. At the moment, however, there is nothing official.
