⚠️ Understand Napoli have now rejected new formal proposal sent by Galatasaray today for Victor Osimhen.

Galatasaray offered €70m today with bank documents attached for payment guarantees…

…Napoli president De Laurentiis wants €75m guaranteed and he has rejected.

close thread we not getting him
90% of this deal is failed, no way we can convince him to sign. We are literally can't compete with other clubs in the term of money. The only hope is Mauni and I hope we can keep him for a longer period because there is literally no option good enough to to guarantee the attack.

I think convincing the player is not much of an issue, guy seems willing to even accept Galatasaray just so he doesn’t go to Saudi, clearly want to keep playing in UCL while also competing for domestic titles in Europe, so wouldn’t be surprised if we are even his priority choice at this stage…

But then us dealing with ADL and Napoli for him that is a completely different story, which indeed makes this move as unlikely as it gets.

Napoli have asked to Galatasaray 20% on the future sale in addition to €75M to give the green light to Victor Osimhen’s sale. Napoli ask the payment of €45-50M immediately + the other 25-30M within the next 12 months. Osimhen has asked to be sold to Gala ASAP.

Please De Laurentis or Osimhen or FFP or banks or anyone just make this deal fail for the lolz, dat arrogance is unreal.

On another note, if Osimhen is really that keen on moving to Galatasaray it means that it’s probably a bullet dodged by us, seems like he is done with the top leagues and just wants a higher paycheck, so good riddance.

Galatasaray aren't even in top 15 clubs, nice cock stroking though.
Delusion at it’s finest, but still quite sad if they do manage to take the best striker in Serie A… ADL’s stubbornness not only weakens the league’s image but also allows for it to be seen as ‘powerless’ when the ‘mighty’ Galatasaray comes calling according to the media narrative lol

Once again disappointing from Osimhen too, i mean it’s obviously still better than going to Saudi League but aside from the occasional UCL nights it still is a downward step in his career.

This is why galashitaray fans are fucking cancer...

I sincerely hope this move bankrupts that piece of shit club, can't wait till they crash out of Europe early, then we'll see who mocks who then.

Irrelevant club.

Losing Osimhen to Gala doesn't weaken the league's 'image'. The league's image has already been ruined by a corrupt and incompetent governing body. So this would hardly be something to be upset about.

And besides who cares about League's image. No one takes Serie A seriously. Crap national team, poor youth systems, outdated stadiums, washed up dinosaur coaches. Until these issues are addressed, no one will be bothered about a mentally checked out striker choosing to play in Turkey in his prime years.

Not that i disagree with anything you said but this move is another prime example of why this league is fading away, basically less top players in it the lesser interest and revenue it generates.
