Just got back home from the doc, he said there's a slightly improvement but I need more because my right thigh looks weak and like yogurt , I'm doing physiotherapy to rebuild the muscle of my right knee and thigh but it takes time.

Good thing is, I started walking, though I walk slower than a turtle ATM.
