I fucking hate Chel$ki.

I doubt we can get Diego now.I though we could maybe end up with van der Vaart but now...our only realistic target now is Lampard.

Fuck Chelsea, they rival Inter when it comes to spending 400mil on players yet fail to dominate both domestically and in Europe.. TBH, if we come up against them in CL next year i have no doubt we can come out on top

I think certain players need to take alook on the ivanovic situation at chelsea before just going for money.
Ivanovic took a bigger risk than what VDV will though, VDV is already established whilst Ivanovic was getting better and better but still not a proven player

VDV would be a great signing, we need a good playmaker/attacking midfielder + he is intreasted in playing for juventus which means he will have a superb morale.
he is interested in playing for the team that offers him the most :money:

like every 1 is these days, thats why its gonna be hard for us to lure players

I know its really hard to find a player who will have loyalty over money, but u never know how a player starts thinking after joining a club, every player has to think of his future and how much he's paid unless he's already playing for the club he loves, maybe VDV hasnt been to a club he's intreasted it yet, being intreasted in Juventus in my opinion is a good start.

No one doubts we need a playmaker type player in the team, but i think it is safe to to say that if Ranieri stays at teh club, then he'll continue to deploy his 4-4-2 formation and it will be pretty much flat in the middle.

Players like Diego and VDV will not join, not only becuase of the offers others can give them, but because Ranieri doesn't that sort of player.

There is a reason why players like Hamsik, Aquilani and Mancini are being rumoured. It is because he is looking for players to suit the current setup now.

Unless Ranieri leaves, i highly doubt we'll be seeing playmakers in this team.

Yes but still, VdVaart can play in different formations, he has already proved that

probably Bs but heres some speculation

Sissoko seduced by the Old Lady, as City chase Niang and Nasri
Momo Sissoko to Juventus is beginning to seem a done deal with the player quoted as saying he expects 'exciting things' in the next few days. Seems to be good business all round, with Liverpool getting around 12 million, and Sissoko getting first team football. I think he will develop into a really top class central midfielder at Juventus, and Liverpool may regret letting him go. Other less credible reports see Sissoko being offered to Tottenham for Jermaine Defoe. Can't see that one flying.Samir Nasri

Still at Juventus, apparently Rafael Van Der Vaart has set his heart on a move to the Old Lady of Turin, turning down the offer of a new contract at Hamburg.

The Guardian is reporting Manchester City have enquired about Mamadou Niang and Samir Nasri, but have ruled themselves out of any move for Djibril Cisse
