Yes, a winger needs to help both defence as well as the attack, so i think if they play structured enough it's possible

It does work with wingers, as long as they track back. Sweden's been using a diamond midfield with two wingers for years now. With good results.

It would work with Brazzo but not Quaresma.

You're right but i read that napoli will have 30 mil euro for transfers so we should expect more. Besides that we most probably will sell trez and camo + some other players and we can get at least 20-25 mil euro.
