correction: guido rossi brought inter the title, last season was just a season for zlatan to take easy pickings, this season is the test, which hes going to fail because hes a proven pile of egoistic crap
No, this season is not "the test". He's an established world class player, and won't need to prove anything. Besides perhaps, providing in the Champions League.

But, I hope you are right actually, because without Zlatan on his best game, Inter will be back to their old mediocre ways. He means everything to their game. Ibrahimovic is a winner, if you could just put your bias against his personality aside for a second, you'd see that too.

sorry but if hes world class, then we will need to come up with a new title for those who i truely see as excellent world class players, a world class player would not have the inconsistency and atitude of zlatan

Zlatan is arrogant person but he is also excellent player. He maybe didn't performed good in second season with us but I think that is mostly cuz he didn't had any rest thanks to Capello. But he still managed to score some good and important goals and last season with Inter he proved his worth and that is undeniedable. We are all at least a little biased to him but that doesn't make him a bad player even i hate his arrogance but I blame that on his Balkan blood, and guys from Balkan knows what I'm talking about.

You call serie A micky mouse league. Ok last year competition was weak only cuz Milan and other clubs had negative points and Juve was missing and that made a way for Inter to win the league but still players were the same. He still played against full strenght Milan, Fiorentina, Roma etc. and was best Inter player. I'm not defending Ibra cuz I don't like him too but still my anger towards him doesn't make me blind and I'm able too see his qualities.

i wasnt referring as serie A as a mickey mouse league, i meant last season with the lack of pedigree. Milan had europe in their sights as by xmas milan were lingering near the bottom and knew that serie A was out of their sights, and roma and fiorentina wernt good enough to compete against inter. like i said next season zlatan will be crap again

Are you forgetting he scored 16 goals in his first season with Juventus? Or was that in a Mickey Mouse league too?
and how many in his 2nd? and like i said i was only referring serie A at to a mickey mouse league of last season with the lack of pedigree it had. not the season b4, nor the season now, infact especially not the season now with genoa and napoli to add to the spice

Ok, so let us get this straight. On his first season, it was a mickey mouse league. Second, it was not. Third, it was. Now on his fourth season, Serie A is back to a non mickey mouse competition again...

No, you are not very credible indeed, Sir. Also, stop repeating the word 'pedigree'. It makes me think of dog food.

pedigree=competition

dont tell me that you seriously thought roma and palermo could seriously mount a challenge on inter? it was a 1 horse race from the start.

Yes it was, but still they needed to play games gainst Milan, Roma etc. and that wasn't easy. Zlatan still needed to score goals and assist and that's what he did. I don't value Inter's scudetto cuz it was easy for them to win it, but still players like Zlatan played against Milan and other teams and showed his worth.

You know, for an avid follower of the EPL, this Legend_Yorkey is alright and actually knows something about football outside of the land of corn-and-tuna pizza.

milan had no hunger for the scudetto, at xmas they were still struggling to escape relegation, and roma? god honestly on paper they were no match for inter

You still don't get it do you?

I'm just trying to say that no matter how easy was for Inter to win scudetto they still needed to play good and win matches and in thoose matches Ibri shined. And do you really think that Milan had no motivation in matches against Inter and also Milan maybe lost the hope of winning the scudetto but they still needed to play good and win matches in order to qualify for CL.

Inter played well, no doubt about that.

Ignoring the games against the big teams which are always tough games and they did pretty well in, could Inter have won so many of their games against the weaker teams if they had the pressure of juve and Milan chasing them?

It is a question that can't be answered but, given how far Inter won the league by they could have dropped points and still won the league so even under pressure, they probably would have still won the league.

yes in essense they only won the cl last yr because it was the only realistic cup. they didnt play that well last season in the league, but in europe they were unstopable.

inter didnt need to play good, so long they had the refs on their side, they would always win, there was alot of outrage from other managers in the leaniency shown towards inter, especially vieira and how he got away with alot of bookings which would of lead to suspensions to a big match

The reason inter won the scudetto last year was because of the absence of the juve-milan domination and the fact that their squad had a lot of quality .
I don't think inter would have done so well without vieira and ibra , particularly ibra .

As much as i hate him , he really was a prime reason inter won .
