I bought a cd (fake one) of norton anti virus 2005,I had nav2003.so i was trying to install,but it's not working now I lost the old one.I have no clue what to do.
can you help me Martin?do i have to format my Pc?:frown:

    btw, not that the cd is not working, but it's saying that i have to restart the pc and reinstall, everytime i try to install it's being interupted

    I restarted 100 times it's the same.

    if I have to install now a NAV, do i have to format the pc first?

    I don't think it is installed,i cheked from control panel,nothing is there except the live update thing.I reboot it and re install same message :frown:

    Is there a folder with the name of the programme you're installing already on your C: drive? If nothing else works, you might try deleting that.

    Probably the old one NAV2003, I didn't uninstall the old one before i install the new one.I will try it again tommorow and tell you if it worked.

    That might be the problem actually. Uninstall the old one before you do anything else.
