I watched Boniek's 1982 World Cup Matches,he is legend of Polonia,a hat trick hero.

1982 is Juventus Cup more than World Cup

Platini is hero of France,Boniek hero of Polonia, and almost whole Italian team is Juventino.(Zoff,Gentile,Scirea,Cabrini,Tardelli,Paolo Rossi)

1980's our golden age

He started out in Padova. Yes, everyone knows that. But his real career began in Juventus. When he was in Padova he was very young and as much as Padova is a proffesional club they are not exactly a top proffessional Italian team. So, Del Piero's real proffessional career began in Juve.

"Ultimate Classic Juventus team." Buffon still has a long way to go until he can be considered greater than Dino Zoff.
Buffon is better than Dino Zoff. No doubt.

Cannavaro was here for two years and guess what... technically he didn't win one trophy with Juventus. Ferrara and Montero both did far more for this club than Mr. Madrid... that's all that matters.
First of all, Cannavaro won 2 Scudetti with Juve - 2005 and 2006.

He played a massive part in the glory Juventus won in those two season. He contributed with safety at the back and his level of performance was unbelievable.

In those two Scudetto winning seasons he was the best defender in the world. :star:

As much as Ferrara and Montero were world class players and did a lot for Juve none of them even came close to the sky high level Cannavaro was on for those two season.

So, they may have been in Juve longer but Cannavaro was the better player.

Right on, Rob. We are talking about exceptional stalwarts for Juventus here; players who gave us all they had and actually had their foot in winning multiple titles with us. Emerson is nothing compared to Deshamps in the history of this club. I don't really give a toss how good a player Emerson supposedly was/is.
Emerson did give us all he had. He ran like a mad man chasing down balls and winning them for all 90 minutes. He never got tired.

And he did win multiple titles with us - 2 Scudetti in 2005 and 2006.

Historically Didier Deschamps is much bigger in Juve's history than Emerson. True. But the Brazilian was a better player for us than Deschamps.

If you never saw Tardelli play, how on earth do you know for sure Buffon is better than Dino Zoff? He won six scudetti, a UEFA Cup, two Italian Cups and played for over a DECADE with Juventus. Zoff considered to be one of the greatest footballers of all time FFS. So please, how is it a joke to include him in the Ultimate Classic Juventus Team?

It seems you have an incredibly short memory, or just care about who the better player happens to be. Deschamps was easily the better player for Juventus and Ferrara and Montero were indeed both world class and better servants... not to mention won incredibly more with the club. I believe that combination greatly outweighs the ability of a player, but suit yourself.
