Out of interest, you know you said yesterday that the problem of immigration hadn't hit your country, or where you live at least - I'm sure there are reasons for that, but as so many Romanian nationals leave the country to find work in the UK and other countries, who fills in the gaps in the domestic workforce, in the public sector, etc?
Since 2020 emigration has toned down since our living condition have improve a lot .
Now most of our migrants our are people with low studies . It's just not worth it to leave the country anymore , unless your way too dumb or if you have let's say a 2k euro salary per month , but you want 6k or 8k.
We supplement our workforce with migrants based on work permits ,but most of them seek every opportunity to go west because of the welfare benefits .
In our country you get 100 euros a month if you don't work. Migrants have poor living conditions and only get assistentce from the state if they need it at most 20 to 30 euros/ month.
They have no reason to stay here and have every reason to go to you.

My wife works in the NHS at a mental health unit and I work in science with many NHS doctors.

1. NHS staff do generally get paid a lot less than in private health care, so much so that there is a shortage of staff doing the skilled jobs such as psychology and clinical psychology
2. There is a phenomenal amount of waste because you get managers who piss away their funding and they don't care since they hold permanent positions (which is a waste of money in itself), lots of underfunded services around the UK
3. People underestimate the cost of providing medical services for "free", the maintenance on medical equipment is a lot, services for mentally ill is a lot and that includes kids that are abused, eating disorders, suicidal people, etc.
4. The waiting list where my wife is to receive treatment is a year, if you're a kid being bullied it's a lifetime of struggle unless you've made an attempt on your life to get moved up the queue. It's very sad really and there is a pressure to discharge people. Also, people with mental health issues lie like the killer, but you can't spend millions to monitor this one guy all of his life because he might stab someone, it's not feasible.
5. Doctors who get paid a lot have done many years of hard graft, a junior doctor gets nothing but for their career will have to work stupid hours to climb that ladder. Also, don't discount the mental stress and pressure to never make a mistake or get a complaint because it can end your career in a heartbeat.
6. People do take the piss out of the system. Getting drunk and ending up in A&E because of stupid stuff costs a lot, and they won't be sent home unless they're fixed ie, they break a bone and have x ray, get a cast, get medication, follow up, physiotherapy, etc. Others will demand a mental health diagnosis so they get financial benefits or that they're shitty parents who blame their child's abnormal behaviour on autism or something, rather then them having to raise their kids properly.

More complex than people believe and no easy solution.
same problem here in Canada. Health care is collapsing because politicians refuse to increase salaries for health care professionals to fund privatization of it.

bow health care is collapsing and many of them quitting due to lack of support and pay stagnations

This will happen all over Europe and other part of Western Countries, this outrage against immigrants will continue. When they are dealing with these issues, they do not have a chance to improve their knowledge and they remain uneducated. there will be space for immigrants like me who have job skills and looking for job opportunities oversea.

Health care is under crisis here in Portugal for very similar reasons. To balance federal budgets, its come off the backs of years of no salary increases for public system physicians. So while they are dedicated to public health, doing so has become a kind of vow of poverty.

Doctors in the parallel private system do much better ... with even better pay still outside the country.

Some things never change.

Entering of low-quality immigrants causing UK getting out of hand, look at Poland and Japan, their immigration policies is tight if you go to their counties and do some shit they gonna throw you out. In other hand there are no crisis in Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait and Oman because people who should be isolated and be in prison now living in countries like France and UK because of cheap labour.

I think you rushed with your post without considering the broader picture. Immigration alone isn’t the main reason for increasing crime or social issues in countries like the UK. There are a lot of factors at play, things like economic inequality, unemployment/poverty, or even how the justice system works.

Japan and Poland have their own approaches, sure, but it’s not always as simple as tightening immigration policies to solve problems. And regarding Bahrain, UAE, and others, they have different social structures and governance systems, which explain why they manage things differently.

I don't dispute your statement.
Recently i have noticed that a large amount of propaganda content is being published against immigrants in Europe on social media mainly about Muslims and Africans, i can understand their concern about some radical elements within Islam and they have right to act to keep their culture but what i want to point is that the problem is about the policy of EU countries of accepting refugees , giving citizenship to educated people, investors and skilled job seekers would not lead to this chaos. the problem is their Goverment not Religion or a specific of Race/Ethnicity.

This is painfully on point,

hilarious to take a staunch vehement position, and be given all the time in the world on live tv you deliberately called into, to explain your opinion, just one example of it, and not be able to AT ALL.

Just wants to be angry, but has no clue what he is angry about. It reminds me of the John Cleese clip someone shared recently lol :
