Until officially decided otherwise, Juve won their 29th Scudetto. Period.
The problem is that the draw will be made before the investigation is over, and certainly before any sentence is handed down. This puts UEFA in a bad position, but I seriously doubt that they will strip Juve of the title, even if they find evidence of match fixing.

I'm actually going to close this thread. Because there's no authority in UEFA to tell Lega Calcio who they can send and who they can't based on their own information/investigations as if separate from the ones being conducted in Italy right now.

So as far as I am concerned, there is no story here and nothing to comment on.
