as harsh as the pen was mate if you raise your hands above waist height in the box then it is asking for trouble. if it was the other way round you would be raging if it was not given, deliberate or not he had his hand up and it struck him. would be different if his hands were at his side but IMO it was a defo penalty, as was teh one not given your way
