Don’t know a ton about him since he trains with the u-18s but seems to have some potential. Hard to tell at 16.

Reyna's coming out looking VERY VERY poor in this investigation.

Mrs. Reyna told Stewart, head of US Soccer, that Gregg "beat the shit" out of his then girlfriend (future wife) which is a horrible way to characterize what happened. Yes, he acted horribly. But shoving her to the ground and kicking her twice is a far cry from beating the shit out of her.

The texts and emails from Claudio to Stewart are EMBARRASSING and are everything wrong with soccer parents. Gio should move instantly to distance himself from his parents' actions and move to remove them from his main circle of confidents and advisors. These actions they took DAMAGED HIS CAREER and were self-serving and ego-driven from both mother and father. Awful shit to see that even the bullshit from youth soccer goes all the way up to your son being a successful professional player.

They also conveniently leaving out the fact that she hit him in the face first, before he shoved her down and kicked her twice. At least she (his wife) is defending him and understands that she started the physical fight.

So many women want equal treatment until it comes to repercussions for assaulting someone lol. They think they should be able to full on slap or hit a man and not have any consequences for that action. Was his response disproportionate? Perhaps. But if a guy hit someone in the face outside a bar and the guy he hit shoved him down and kicked him twice, no one would bat an eye.

Okay, but kicking any person while he or she is down is a dirty move.
Of course it is a dirty move, and as I said the response to her hitting him is perhaps disproportionate, but that still doesn’t change the fact she assaulted him and initiated this fight. So characterizing it as Berhalter assaulting her and being a women-beater is more than a little silly.

He also kicked her in the upper leg twice. She did not seek medical attention because she wasn’t injured. This wasn’t him kicking her and breaking her ribs, or kicking her in the face or something along those lines.

Do y’all actually want a 20 year old (with an insane family like his) who behaves like this at the world cup on your team?

According to multiple sources close to the team, Reyna showed an alarming lack of effort in training ahead of the U.S.’s opening match of the tournament against Wales on Nov. 21, including in a scrimmage against Qatari club Al Gharafa SC on Nov. 17. Reyna’s lack of intensity in the scrimmage — sources described him walking around throughout his time on the field during what was otherwise an intense session — caused significant frustration within the team. The lack of effort was so pronounced that it was unclear whether Reyna was protecting against an injury or just frustrated that he was not set to be a starter against Wales. The issues continued into the Wales game when Reyna threw his shin guards after not being subbed in, and then into a post-Wales training session in which Reyna’s lack of effort continued again. It prompted several veteran players to speak with Reyna. The sources said that the situation became untenable and that it had to be addressed multiple times, including with the coaching staff.
    What an entitled little twat.
