He has definitely passed his medical. Otherwise the deal wouldn't have been made official.

45 minutes Milan play against Inter, the loser then plays 45 minutes against Juventus, then the winner plays 45 minutes against Juventus. Then according to the 3 halves a winner will be decided.

so it means the players would like have to play a match(against the winner of the milan and inter match) again right immediately after the match against the loser of the inter and milan game unless capello changes things around and the 2 milan clubs can rest for 45 mins then play again..
