LATEST NEWS ABOUT CHIELLINI:
Tomorrow he'll be tested, it seems not so bad as it appeared first. Probably just a distortion. First judging gave approx 1 week pause. But he can stand on his foot already, and will just need to walk it out for a week. Good thing.

thats is besides the point though, because we have DP Trez and Iaquinta and if Amauri will score 20 ok, but if he didnt come one of these other 3 would have (see last season, 20 and 21) so yeh, silence.
Amauri is a step up from Palladino! it was definitely an improvement! and one that was definitely needed. i dont see Palla good enough for CL or Serie A.

Its a pre season match that Milan had to win after what they did against Chelsea and Man City, their players had more determination to win the game, we showed what we are really like on Wednesday night

Do you think 2 Strikers are able to play 3 competitions every game.....
I mentioned 3, DP Iaquinta and Trez, and if we didnt sign Amauri we would have signed someone else, or kept someone like Palladino and still be fine, and have more space for Giovinco to fit into the team easier which will be key. They are professional footballers, if 3 of them cant handle playing a seria a game once a week and a couple CL matches then they shouldnt be pro footballers, their job requires fitness and is a sport..

Im not hating on Amauri for the sake of hating on him, i am pissed that we spent so much money on him instead of bringing a defender, if we had got him and a defender i would have been fine with his signing, but spending a hell of a lot on him, and having a poor back line is stupid, thats all..

Giovinco will hopefully play a free role,I dont want him being stuck up front he needs a role behind the strikers,Ranieri diden't know how to use Palladino so he was useless in the Ranieri system.

This game was a joke. I am glad that our youngsters got to play and seemed to do well. I was pleased with ekdal, he showed some composure, funny thing is no one knew him before he came to Juve and he did as good or better than tiago whom many think/thought was a great player....

game aside, i hope youre right about chiellini. A week rest is what he should have gotten anyways instead of playing this game.

Way to early to judge Amauri!
We haven't even started the season, and people are saying we don't need him! I am starting to love this Pre - Season Panic! You guys love Juve, otherwise you wouldn't worry so much :D

However, Amauri is starting to worry me. He isn't close to the Amauri he has been at Palermo and I am praying, that he finds his form! He is clearly the number 4 striker.
Right now Amauri is definitely the 4th best striker in our team
Amauri is not playing great he is quite average BUT if you remember last season
Iaquinta was really really shit before the start of the season he even missed some really good chances I think he even missed a chance with an open goal
and then the season started and he was quite good very effiecient was vital in some games
I must admit Iaquinta has been in a very good form this pre season

Amauri could be the same as Iaquinta I mean start slow and get great in the process

Also don`t forget Nedved was quite lame for half a season then he got the golden ball after a couple of seasons

SO I agree it is too early to judge!!!

Of course.
This was like a competetive match for Milan after the disastreous pre-season while for us it was the opposite.
We prepared ourselves for the CL match and after we comfortably won it our players relaxed after the tough month of trainings. We were physically and especially psychologically not prepared for this friendly.

But this was known to everyone even before the match started and that's exactly why we should have fielded our reserves and our youngsters.
Milan stars wouldn't have been motivated to play against some kids and our main players wouldn't have risked an injury.

But it takes a brain to think of that and some people in Juventus obviously lack one.

Actually, even tonight he wasn't the best. He was awful just like the others in defense.

Anyway, Chiellini's injury is what worries me. Not the bad display or the result.
And i must ask this quastion: Who is to full who schedules a meaningless friendly against a team that has a habbit to hurt our best players, only 4 days after the CL match ?

What if we played 2:2 in the CL ? What were we going to do tonight then ? Play with our best players or play the primavera ? And if we played with Primavera then what's the fucking meaning of this friendly ?
come on guys, are you really getting frustrated because of this? Why the friendly??? Sponsors, tradition, .... why not??? We're playing the birra moretti too in a couple of days so what? It's a question of marketing and tradition really. And if we'd field 11 primavera players and lose 5-0 to napoli, well then so be it... i don't care. Season starts against fiorentina, and at that point it won't matter if we won against ManU or lost agains Napoli... Don't get so excited because of friedlies. The only worry i have was chiellini but it turned out not so bad (as i posted) so don't fool yourself by thinking milan is SOOO much better this year...

Yeh, i didnt mean i wanted Gio to play up front id like him to Trequartista or something, that will be good enough. Yeh, and Ranieri used to use Palla as a damn winger all the time so o well. But i was assuming of course that he would actually be played in his real position, i respect ur opinion btw man, cuz ur not an asshole, and u know what ur talking about, i was just dissapointed with our management for leaving our backline basically as is..
