We signed Amauri because we need 4 quality strikers for the long season competing in 3 tournaments. I still think that signing will prove to be an excellent one. Well, maybe except the price tag that could have been negotiated a bit better.

Hell, we could field Giovinco as the other striker along with either Iaquinta or Trezeguet. We could have kept Palladino and actually tried him in his actual position even though he does look like a Dingo, plus we have Pasquato who has in some ways outshone Amauri at his own game.
So, what would we rather have? Amauri, another top class defender, or another creative midfielder?
