Trez Postpones Italy Return

Juventus striker David Trezeguet has postponed his return to Turin after shoulder surgery.
The Frenchman was expected to fly back to Northern Italy today, but will instead stay in Lyon for a further week after the club held talks with his surgeon.

There are also reports that Trezeguet will not return to the Juve line-up until February. It was originally predicted that he would make a January return.
