I think youve misinterpreted what I typed earliar. I mentioned in my post above that I wanted to see "dead" and not actually meet them. You have mixed up the threads mate
Now I'm a little bit confused!? Is this thread who we want dead, or who we want to talk to!?
I'm thinking more about who we want talk to :D :D

 yeah I think it was want to talk to.. but I guess when people put leaders like bush or hitler e.t.c I automatically assumed it was "the most wanted dead/alive thread" :D

There were sherifs ruling the Hejaz area which contains Mecca and Medina before 1916...

Osama Bin Laden plus 9 randoms. Tie him up, get the reward. Easy as 1-2-3

:lol2:

Might as well make is Osama + Chuck Norris to tie him up for you, I hear he's pretty big. Then you'll need Vader to tame Mr Norris.

Well back then Makkah was under the Ottoman empire. Then Hijaz (West part of the Arabian Peninsuela i.e Makkah, Medina, Jeddah..etc) gained independance for a brief time in 1914. It was Ruled by Al-Ashraf (descendants of prophet Mohamed). While the Saudi kingdom was in Najd (Middle of the peninsula where Riyadh is) and the Eastern province (where the oil is:p). Hijaz became under of the Saudi rule later around 1924.

Also I think when Ahead said "Sherif of Makkah" he probably doesn't mean an enforcer of law, but the decsendants of prophet Mohammed (through Hussain ibn Ali). Sherif means virtuous in Arabic. Other descendants are called Sadda (through Hassan ibn Ali), Sadda means masters. So descendants of prophet Mohammed are either Ashraf or Sadda and there are thousands of them all over the world.

Anyways I guess I was blabbering too much, if you want to know more don't hesitate;)

No that was really interesting stuff , thanks for the info. Ive come across many muslims who are against the saudi government saying that they have taken over the kabba (holy house) e.t.c and I remember them mentioning the year 1914 or somewhere close to that so I guess this all fits in place, as all the info you mentioned is irrelevant for the actual topic, could you pass me more info regarding this from a website or something via private message? Thanks :)
