I live off route 100 but 32 is close. Flying must be the bomb, no pun intented. I just think it would be awesome to go wherever you want whenever you want.
It's not easy on the pockets though. Renting an airplane and the fuel is pretty expensive, but flying sure is fun.

Where you going these days?

Nowhere mostly. Over than where work takes me, which is usually the Baltimore vicinity. Though Id give almost anything for a decent vacation right about now.

Toni is a talent Mark, who are you fooling?? I am Happy that we didn't sign him because of his age and the money that will cost us.. He doesn't have much years to offer.
He´s not anything special in my book and I´m very glad he didn´t choose Juve. Who cares about him? I´m interested in Juventus future, not some seldom clumsy giant.

i read that about Toni in a couple of websites, but nothing concrete as there wasn't a statement by Bayern or Fiorentina.

I really don't understand why he is going there.Fiorentina are playing in the Uefa Cup too and they have such an interesting project and imo its far ahead then Bayern's which is just starting.

I guess its just the experience of playing outside of italy for a club like Bayern
Yeah, he should have joined Dortmund.

I hope the Viola face your Bayern next season and kick their asses.

At least Dortmund dont go around trying to steal other competitor's talents :cough: Klose :cough:

My Bayern?! :howler: I have only sympathies for them like you have for "your" Dortmund. :yuck:

I hope Dortmund get relegated next season.

What is wrong with that? Like Bayern is the only team which does that? They just wanna be stronger and they make smart moves actually imo.

Great player but 18m € for a player his age and 5.5m €/year I'll pass.
Thats what I actually thought. 18m is pretty too much. Though I think he'll do pretty well in Bundesliga but still too much. I think 11 to 13m would have been ok, not more.

About his salary, well, I don't think he would have earned much less in teams that wanted him, Inter or some other couple of teams.

It will be interesting to see how he plays and if he will be called up for italy at euro 2008. Players tend to not get called up just because their not playing in italy.

I can't believe people dismiss Toni's talent. Sure, this forum is filled with morons, but this is truly amazing. The guy scores tons of goals.

Som might not realize, but Serie A isn't that attractive anymore, too. Calcio is dead on the ground and there aren't many reasons why one should prefer this league over the Bundesliga. Serie A has a dirty image and empty stadiums. In Germany you have large crowds and better media.

But this still does not explain why he chooses Bayern. We are talking about a team which played a terrible season and clearly needs to be strengthened in both defence and midfield if they wanna make it into the Top3 next season. Fool!

I don't defend Dortmund as much as you defend Bayern. I just want them to return to their past glories so the German League could become more interesting.
I have a soft spot for them thats all.

Nothing wrong its just immoral imo. They are the biggest team in Germany and one of the heavyweights of Europe, they don't need to do that.

Am just happy that someone else got themselves a good squad with a good coach so its not only Bayern who are the big dogs.
