Yeah, Zlatan's question proves that Zoran Ban deserved his place in the starting XI :)
He was actually considered to be a great talent back in the early 90's and he was just a kid when we bought him.
He was the first ex-Yu player that signed with Juve (or the first Croatian ?).
Top flop he turned out to be :D

I think he came directly from Croatia, from Rijeka.
Beh, what can you expect from someone who comes from the same city as Ikoninhosa !
:jvefan:

where is he, i haven't seen him lately?

Flip flop, flop flip,
I don't really give a shit.

Tiago should be starting alongside Sissoko every match from here on. Sissoko covers for him, and Tiago doesn't lollygag back to do his defensive duties either. He works hard too. If Tiago has the right motivation, the right teammates beside him, and most importantly is given the chance, then he'll perform.

I'll never get tired defending his ass either, so bring it.

:agree:

Its difficult to get put in and out a team, and he hasn't been that bad. With Zanetti not fully fit he is our only option to start next to Sissoko, he is the only one that can spead play with good passing.

He has been crying out to play Zanetti's role all season and when the opportunity arrives we put Nocerino their instead. It makes no sense.

When Zanetti is injured play Tiago
When Sissoko is injured play Nocerino

I know that you are probably calling for Tiago to start everyweek, but i think Zanetti has proven himself to be a key player and Sissoko is showing this too. They should be our CM pairing this season. But Ranieri must allow Tiago to have the chance to force his way into the team when the opportunity arises!

how can somebody be considered a flop if he hasn't been given the chance to play on a regular basis? Bench messi for 4 months and see if he isn't a little rusty.

You really have no clue what you're on about. Person or no person, doesn't fucking matter, it's football, if you play well, you succeed, if you don't then you're a flop. Not some fucking personality issues you have with the guy.
Look...we're just different: you judge players just by their performance on the pitch and I care about their personalities aswell!Where's the fucking problem?

Ibra really didnt do much while he was here. In those 2 seasons, ADP had more goals than him, even as a sub. Not to mention hes a Zingaro.
That's not the point.

You just explained it.

Well...Boniek is a legend in my mind, yet he frequently criticizes Juventus, even when criticism isn't warranted. Does that mean I don't respect him for what he did for Juventus? Of course not.

The way I see it, and I'm sure Eddy sees it the same way, off the field should not reflect what happens on the field and vice versa: they're two separate entities.

then what is the point(i just quickly scrolled through the thread)
To be considered a flop. Ibra played fairly well in his first season in a foreign league, which means he isn't a flop. You just said that Del Piero scored more goals than him in both of the seasons. That's not where the point is.

Yeah Boniek is a legend. The thing is Ibrahimovic is absolutely not,so why do you bring up the legend thing?

I was talking about Ibrahimovic's personality and how I dislike him because of that. I never critiziced him as a player.

Ibrahimovic played well with Juventus, whereas the rest of those players in that article were legitimate flops, barring Tiago. You're judging Ibrahimovic's personality as a flop, as opposed to his playing ability, which is what every other player there is judged on. To me, that seems a little off. That's all I'm saying.
