And clowns for the rest of the world belief.
Actually Barca have the best squad in the world.
They have the best stadium in the world.
I dont like them but I admire players like:Messi,Henry,Toure,Xavi,Iniesta,Puyol,Abidal & of course Zambo.
I would be thrilled if we got any one of those world class players.
I think the main problem is with foreigners Barca fans,I went to the City 3 months ago & the local fans are just great.

But every time I speak with a non catalonian Barca fan I get really pissed off,I dont know why but they r just annoying.

Juve rebel Tiago given time Saturday 27 October, 2007 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Juventus general manager Jean Claude Blanc has explained their transfer policy and where that leaves Tiago Mendes and target Branislav Ivanovic.

“In this transfer campaign we have invested £37m and also sold players that gave us a profit of over £10m,” he noted.

“The right way to run a club is not to spend all the money at your disposal. We will try to focus on those players who we think represent added value for the squad.”

A section of the fans had originally protested at what they saw as a below-par summer spending spree for the return to Serie A and drawn-out contract renegotiations with their top players.

“The transfer campaign was performed with great professionalism. We tried to mix experienced players with youngsters, renewed the contracts of five of our great champions – not a foregone conclusion – that began with Gigi Buffon and finished with our captain Alessandro Del Piero.”

Now that Del Piero’s deal has been penned until 2010, the only figure rocking the Bianconeri boat is Tiago, who threatened to walk out in January if he does not play more first-team football.

“Tiago remains a great champion and he is part of the club’s treasure chest,” insisted Blanc. “He has not yet found space, but there is time to settle into Italian football.

“If he asked to leave? The priority is to have more than 11 players of real quality. It’s a long season and we have only played eight games, so it is too early to make decisions. Tiago has to give his best week after week and prove he deserves a place.”

This week Lokomotiv Moscow goalkeeper Ivan Pelizzoli told the Italian media that his club teammate Ivanovic was ready for a January move to Juventus.

“That is not true,” replied the general manager. “Currently the transfer market is closed and we have not signed deals with any clubs or players. Yes we are trying to raise the quality of the squad, keeping a close eye on our players who are out on loan.”
Juve are clear in second place and hope to keep up with leaders Inter, who they will face next weekend after the meetings with Napoli and Empoli.

“We have to aim for nine points from those three games because we are Juve. If we can prove ourselves against Inter, the team would gain even more confidence in their own potential.”

Blanc: Tiago Has A Future At Juventus

Juventus director general Jean Claude Blanc insists that Portuguese flop Tiago Mendes has a future at the club and just requires time to settle.

The 26-year-old midfielder signed from Lyon for £9.2m in the summer and was expected to be the key man at the heart of the Bianconeri midfield.

However the ex-Chelsea man has been a complete disaster in Turin and has started just one Serie A game this season.

Tiago recently stated that he would leave Juventus in January if Coach Claudio Ranieri didn’t start playing him more, and the Italian press has had a field day in finding him possible transfer destinations.

“Tiago remains a great champion and he is part of the club’s treasure chest,” Blanc stated. “He has not yet found space, but he must be allowed time to settle into Italian football.

“What would happen if he asked to leave? The priority is to have more than 11 players of real quality. “It’s a long season and we have only played eight games, so it is too early to make decisions. Tiago has to give his best week after week and prove he deserves a place.”

British Press are linking West Ham with an £8m move for Tiago.
If we sell Tiago only an English team can give us the money we paid for him back. Spanish or Italian teams will try to rip us off.
If there is nothing else to do but to sell Tiago (i still can't believe we'll make such a stupidity to sell our most expensie buy only months after we bought him), then only EPL is an option.

According to Daily Mirror, also West Ham would observe Juventus' midfielder Tiago (26), not used so much in this beginning of season from trainer Ranieri. The cost of negotiation would be 8 million euros. The portuguese has already played in Premier League with Chelsea's jersey during the season 2004/2005 (34 presences, 4 goals).

If Ranieri has no intention in playing tiago there is no reason why he shouldn't be sold . Right now , I think the problem is he doesn't fit in the juventus team . His style of play doesn't suit this juventus or even Serie A for that matter .
I think Almiron has a much brighter future with Juventus . I think we should sell tiago for a reasonable price , buy a decent cb and a creative midfielder . As far as everything else I think we're fine in the rest of the departments .
