Luciano Moggi Blasts Thiago Motta’s Juventus Tenure in Scathing Interview

Former Juventus director Luciano Moggi has delivered a blistering critique of the club’s current situation, particularly targeting manager Thiago Motta, in a recent interview with Juventibus. Moggi’s comments paint a picture of a club in disarray, with particular emphasis on the coach’s shortcomings and the need for stronger leadership from sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli.

Criticism of Thiago Motta
Moggi didn’t mince words when discussing Motta’s performance, stating, “I would have sent him home if I were Juventus’ director. The Juventus coach doesn’t want to be approached by anyone, but the club is missing.” He further added, “He’s a bit vain, he thinks he’s first and others are second.”
The former director was particularly incensed by Motta’s response to recent poor performances. After the PSV match, Moggi noted that while Locatelli admitted the team had played poorly, Motta insisted he would do everything the same way again. This attitude clearly irked Moggi, who declared, “If I were the coach, I would be ashamed, not the team. He should be ashamed of himself for the Empoli match.”

Giuntoli’s Role and Responsibilities
Moggi also touched on the role of sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli, suggesting that the club needs to empower him more. “Thank goodness things seem to be unblocking, and Giuntoli is being appointed as the real director of Juventus, without being subordinate to anyone,” Moggi said.
He revealed that he had advised Giuntoli about the challenges of his new role: “Cristiano, in Naples you had De Laurentiis’ coverage, but at the moment you’re in a club where the President does other things, and you don’t have anyone telling you ‘well done,’ but you have those who can criticize you. You’re a man alone in command.”

The Current State of Juventus
Moggi’s assessment of Juventus’ current situation is dire. He describes Motta as “responsible for an inconceivable situation,” noting that while the team lacks balance and leaders, the coach often plays players out of position. He dismisses excuses about injuries, pointing out that “Juventus has lost points against teams they should have beaten.”
In Moggi’s view, “The coach’s errors have brought the team to these levels.” He urges Giuntoli to take a more active role, stating, “Giuntoli needs to raise his head from the pillow because he understands football.”https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fjuvenewslive.com%2Fluciano-moggi-blasts-thiago-mottas-juventus-tenure-in-scathing-interview%2F

Not always a fan of what the old man has to say, but this was music to my ears.

That's a total bullshit, he can call out Motta what he wants, but the choice of extremely young squad, injuries of all of the starting cbs and failure of all big names we have signed just can't be put totally on Motta.

motta literally said that the amount of injuries isn't just bad luck. it means that it's bad job.

the squad has weaknesses, but drawing so many games and the two cup failures (let alone the supercoppa) are 90% on motta. allegedly he even took responsibility in the locker for the coppa fiasco. despite all the shortcomings, the squad is still better than our results suggest. i thought tuz had an agreement on this, if not on anything else.

This Pseudo coach is too far up his own asshole - he doesn't possess the qualifications to coach a team of this caliber. He's presumptuous and obstinate. Consistently starting the 40 million Euro empanadida and the 60 million Euro Dutch traffic cone are offenses worthy of immediate sacking. Playing players out of position, not rewarding meritocracy, his man management skills and relationship with some players, players looking tired and confused, injuries, the whole captaincy fiasco, and so much more is on him.

However, he isn't alone in all of this, and shouldn't be the only one to shoulder the blame, of course. The arrogant doofus Cuntoli also has to shoulder a lot of the responsibility. He seems incompeten and is also a terrible communicator. Ok, our revenue increased (it was going to with the CL anyway), and he saved us money on wages, but he also brought in Fagotta Sharmotta, expensive duds, and Floyd Smelly. He seems out of his element, and he doesn't seem to understand this is Juventus - so much for being a self proclaimed Juventus fan. He should be just as ashamed of himself as the coach he hired.

Moreoever, some of the players are self-enitled crybabies. There are no leaders in this team, and some of them are simply not good enough to be starters. Others should never have been brought in in the first place.

Then, there is obviosuly The Clown Elkunt - too busy with other endeavors, placing non-sporting related beta cuck hires in key and sensisitve positions, and just seeming too nonchalant and complacent. If you don't care, simply fuck off. Sip your champagne in the Ferrari Paddocks and fuck trannies and do coke with Suckerburg and all those cunts all you want.

Motta : “You have to run and always commit, even in training. It’s not technical or tactical problems at Juventus , but the attitude. There are some players who demand everything without giving. From a different attitude now we will have to start again”.
I honestly think he thinks his way is the only way. Im sure players have expressed that the system doesn't work and for changes or different things to try and he has taken it as disrespect. I haven't seen players on the pitch not trying but I have seem them extremely disorganised, disconnected from each other and confused tactically.

This Muppet Pezevenki actually believes he's something special and that his way is some sort of revolutionary ball. Fuck off you incompetent wankstain. Get off your high horse - youv've won nothing in your coaching career, and you've coached fucking Genoa (who fired your ass), Spezia (who kicked you out), and Bologna. Nothing to write home about really.

The Great Marcello Lippi was humble enough to accept responsibility and step down/resign back in 99, sometime in February too I believe.

I accepted that we will be seeing Mottaball for at least 1 more season. Its been massive disappointment so far. We look erratic, disjointed, players are rattled and devoid of confidence. We got eliminated from 2 competitions by inferior sides. Considering how shit this league is, we should be doing far better. Injuries are not an excuse. This motherfucker will keep playing Koop even if the dutchmans starts scoring own goals. Such level of fuckery and incompetence hasn't been seen since Ferrara/Del Neri days. His post match interviews are infuriating. No accountability whatsover for 6 months of shitshow. He is making a team selection, he is setting up the tactics, he is setting up the training regime. But he is not taking responsibility. Gtfo
