For a player who was known for being intelligent and showing street smarts he seems the complete opposite as a manager.

How many times does it take for him to learn that we are not good enough defensively to sit back on a 1-0 lead? It worked with the BBC but with our defence it is idiotic.

Also our players are ridiculously naive. Consistently through the season when the opposition start a break we have a chance to bring them down to stop the attack when we are exposed and we don't make the foul. It cost us with both goals today. Compare that to Napoli who were quick to foul us to get back into position. Not only that but they completely outran us too.

Time is running out for him because at the moment he looks like he has one naive plan, no backup and is badly out of his depth.

I don’t think we actively choose to sit back as some sort of a plan, imo we just don’t have the same grinta and will as other teams and end up giving up the incentive. As hard as it is to admit it about an Inter player, Motta was a tough player and a winner, but this team he has created is neither

It's on Motta. Once or twice you can blame the players but if it keeps happening it's obviously an instruction of his.

My guy has to go. No disagreement from me. Haven’t seen a cohesive vision or style yet and it’s end of January
