Conditions are not always perfect and Giuntolli is paid handsomely to provide solutions. I dont see GMs like Marotta working against their managers. Instead they strenghten the team despite lack of money. But when a coach competes for the title and you deliver him Alcatraz and Djalol, ofc he is going to have a feeling of being let down. The entire 2nd half debacle of the last season is on Giuntolli. Max was an easy scapegoat.
