We don't have 150 M euros to spend, most likely it will be between 60-70 M euros. We can't get rid of the whole squad, unfortunately.

i think this is realisitic prob gonna spend on defence and mid our forwards shoould be able to score

That isn't a much of an upgrade on what we have. That defense is poor, and the creativity/link to our forwards with that midfield is close to non-existent. Krasic isn't a winging forward. And Gio isn't starting eleven player, for a team that's wants to be CL club. In short that team wouldn't qualify for the CL, mainly cause of everything, goals, Defense, Creativity.
