If he went to United I'd get a Juve Marchisio. Let em know where he's from. I still have to get a Chiellini first though. I haven't bought a shirt since Nedved. Who here has the most shirts? And how many? I have three but one of them is Baggio.
I already have a 09 marchisio , and this years del piero would be pointless. I have two juve , one italy, one werder bremen (weird i know) and thats it.

I'm thinking of potential RW and LW subs, but can't really list any that would be effective and inexpensive. I guess we could promote a youth team player.
Elia on a cheap, Donovan 10-weeks loan and Pasquato

Boniperti. Would be useless spend on a backup winger (like Pepe, jeez), indeed. The coach could just change the tactic to a 4-3-3 if we lose Krasic, for example, and play inside forwards like Quag or Del Piero.

Lol your bench for CMs are interesting. 3 young players who prolly wont be near senior team next season.
It's a better bench than what we'll have, then.

Pazienza? Pirlo? Montolivo? Shiiiiit, rather have our own youngs who actually can improve.

I do realize that, but one can remain hopeful. I want Marrota to follow up on his promise of quality. I don't think it's impossible, if highly improbable, that we can acquire both Aguero and Hazard.

I would rather not see us take up options on Pepe and Aquilani, and most definitely would love to see us get rid of all the garbage at our disposal in one season, but disposing of the aforementioned duo along with Amauri, Sissoko, Martinez, Grygera, and of course Motta, and Grosso will suffice. Ideally, I would also like to add Toni and Barzagli to the list, but I don't see it happening, and I can't see us offloading that many players. I'm already being ambitious with my projections. Sadly, I don't think Giovinco will come back; thus, he isn't on the bench.

This club is trying to do something similar to what Barcelona are by using youth players and bringing them up into the first squad IIRC, so I hope they stay true to their word.

Fletcher. Who's probably the only one.
He didn't sign Fletcher.

And in what way was Fletcher ever mediocre?

He was just young and needed regular football to fulfil his potential. It's not like he was playing somewhere else, not doing much and had his career turned around by Ferguson.

Yeah he didn't sign Flether but he turned great under Fergie. You'd think any other manager would've gave Fletch enough playing time? I remember Fergie and United getting laughed at for playing Fletcher and articles about Fergie losing the plot would talk about him playing Fletcher.

Who knows?

At other teams he might have had to go out on loan, but he's good enough he would be playing for CL club by now, whatever path his career had taken.

Yeah, but folk are far too quick to write off players who don't have great technical ability.

That's true to some extent.

I would suggest the fact that players like O'Shea and Brown were surrounded by top players also made them sppear better than they are.

Yeah, but folk are far too quick to right off players who don't have great technical ability.
I don't he'd made it if he played with a club like Chelsea or Liverpool or was under a manager like Mourinho, I think I should've made that clear in the first post. At top clubs players like Fletcher get overlooked if you get what I mean and he'd be the first to be loaned out, Fletcher made without getting loaned out.

    Latest rumours from Gurus:

    Sauce 1(one of Chelsea D)

    - Coach will be Italian and will be announced in about 7 days. Not liked by the Curva(Mancio?). Plays with 4 at the back so not Mazzarri.
    - Pepe to be bought. Aquilani too but not at 16m.
    - Good acquisition at RB(Beck/Licht?). Less at LB(Ziegler?) but Juve feel comfortable with him and DC.
    - Forward not decided yet. May top names.
    - Offer for Santon.

    Sauce 2

    - Mancio or Spal. Not Mazzarri.
    - Pirlo offer of 2m/2 years. 1 more year and he'll say yes.
    - Monto if no Aqua.
    - Interest in Beck-Licht.
