Vertonghen might not be necessary, but Lukaku and Kompany would definately be in our lineup, right away.

We've watched Van der Wiel often and knowing Marotta and his vision he would compliment Krasic perfectly, just like he did Robben in the world cup. Sadly there is compition for him from Chelsea (possible) and Bayern Munic (certain, although they denied the rumour. Defence need to be improved drasticly). In the end we could lose out on him but I think our desire to sign him is there.
