Imo, Wenger is one of the best coaches out there. Once he won the league undefeated with all those great players he was like "This shit is too easy" and now is trying to win with younger not as talented ones and by playing his own style. It's like if you beat a videogame too easily and from now on you try to beat it playing in Hard Mode.

I would only keep Neuer on the list of his, though I havent seen Adler much this season (but feedback&reported performances dont suggest that level), I seen Hart and Lloris plenty of times. Yet to struck me as best around material at all, have to be consistently top keepers first to even get to that.
