Cissokho is no way better than Coentrão. Maybe close, but not better.

I don't want to see my boy in the mess we're in, anyways.
No way Coentrao is on that level, yet. Cissokho is amazing as he has everything. He's dynamic, high pace, speed, good crosses and doing a good job in defense.

But I do like Coentrao. I just don't think he's worth that much, over 20mln is too much for him.

I believe Coentrao is overrated by some, but he's a good player.

I'd rather have Cissokho. He even stepped up to the plate against Robben, probably the third toughest player to defend against in world football.

Da, agreed.

He had a good season in Porto and did good for Lyon at least when I watched him in the CL. I think he has the quality for a left back for any given team in the world. From Real to Manchester, Barcelona to Juve.

Defensively I feel Cissokho is top notch. I think Coentrao is better offensively though. I would pay a little more than 20M for either. You can literally list off promising young attackers but the list for LBs is like 5 players deep. And we can get one for 20-25M? I'd do it.

Fullbacks that can attack and defend add so much to your team it's unbelievable. You're playing a man down against teams with great fullbacks.

Over 20m is to much for any wingback IMO.. Okay, maybe not a Maicon, Evra or Dani Alves in there prime.
Aly would be around 20 and I think he's worth it.

I don't think any position in the team should be less valued. Why would a left back be worth less than a left winger? As much as we need goals and assists from a winger we need assists and good defense play from a left back. One thing is sure and that would be him taking us on a much higher level.

I really don't think we'll strengthen the LB position come next season, I think the management will put their trust in De Ceglie and go all in for a RB.
You might be right there.. And maybe that's the best thing to do. It not like the Elkann's will pump big ass cash suddenly.. We should get a RB, SS and maybe a CM depending on who's leaving and what formation we will be playing.

Ofc he can be worth it.. And I'm not saying a LM should cost more then a LB, but really that's just the way it is.. Defenders usally do cost less then striker if both are class players in there position.

I'd run to Turin if we got a LB as good as Aly !

Even from a City fan, this sounds unrealistic

Speaking during the afternoon edition of Sky Sport 24 Gianluca Di Marzio, an expert in the issuer market as well as satellite Tuttomercatoweb columnist, spoke of the evolution of the negotiations Juventus at home. So many names, including those of the two Argentine Mascherano and Tevez and according to the journalist away from the negotiations Sky at the moment, Inter as a competitor: "A player like Moratti but at the moment there is nothing, the only team that has come forward with Tevez's agent is Juventus. Carlitos accept Juve but only if the hypothesis Champions
