David Luiz went for that and he's ahead of Chiellini now.
How can you get 50 for Chiellini when teams pay as much for Torres? Even less for David Villa? David Luiz who's much bigger potential went for 30.

It's totally unrealistic to expect somebody to pay more than 30mln for Chiellini at this point.
Luiz did not have as many appearances for Benfica/Brazil as Chiellini has for Juve/Italy at the time of his transfer, yet he went for a high amount.

Madrid signed Pepe for even more, and once again, he was only an established player in the Portuguese league, with less league appearances than Chiellini and 0 for Portugal.

I fail to see how Chiellini is not valued higher than those two players based on the above used scales. Yes, potential features into the debate, but with cb's experience is worth even more, and whereas Luiz and Pepe had less appearances in an inferior league before their big money transfers (which means less experience), Chiellini is an established star for Juventus and Italy.
