The way he coached Roma. He made an average team be second and play very good.

IMO he's a great tactician. Everybody says he doesn't organize his defense well, but it's in Roma's blood to play defense like that. He still made them very strong and as a matter of fact he did great in Europe and in comparison to Cappello's Roma I think he even achieved more.
Spalletti is anything but great tactician, he has his ways of playing possession football with alot of mobility, and I like him for that (and I would like us to gamble on him if there no better options), but the reason things fell apart in Roma, besides their fail mentality, IS because Spalletti is tactically limited, as in he played high defense/fragile midfield regardless of how the game looked, there was no 2nd gear in terms of flexible tactics. He stood there sulking on the sidelines, basically never changing the approach in mid games. Plus mainly also, he is HORRIBLE at motivating/mentally preparing his team, part of is Roma's tradition of mental failure, but also he pretty much lacked at that part alot.

What's so good about Mazzari?
Good frigging question. I especially like to know why the fuck he is better then Mancini? Mancini I would deffo take over Mazzari, Gasperini and the retard coaching us right now (those names wouldnt be different to Del Neri).
