Juventus has money and ambition.
Not really.

When Ribery joined Bayern, they already had quality players in Lucio, Van Bommel, Lahm, Kahn, Sangol and Schweinsteiger. And they proven themselves to be strong in the market that season with the high profile signings of Luca Toni, Klose and Zé Roberto and the lesser profile signings of Jansen, Schlaudraff and Altıntop.
Now that what I call ambition. Building a strong team by signing quality players, as long with good players to improve the squad's depth.

Juve's current team is not a patch on Bayern's pre-Ribery team, and the signings Bayern done in the 2007 summer are much better, more ambitious than all the signings Juve have done since Calciopoli.

Melo,Chiellini,Buffon,Krasic,Marchsio,Aquilani.

I call those players strong.
Chiellini and Buffon yes.
Krasic Melo Aquilani and Marchisio are good but they're not the level of players that can guarantee you a champions league comeback.

Melo, Aquilani and March would have struggled to be on the bench of the pre-Ribery Bayern.

Don't you think that Del Neri who had a huge success with Sampdoria would have asked for his star boys Cassano and Pazzini when he joined Juve?
Didn't DD leave because he couldn't get his men, because his view of Juve's future was different than the managements?
What makes you think that DD will get to sign his men if he joined Juve next year?
Because DD leaved Juve last time for that reason, and it's clear that now, that if he'll join, this will be his first request, and without that agreement with board he even will not join us.
