When I lurked I always looked for Badass posts on Diego :D
When I started posting was when I was actually finally able to watch Juve games more than 2-3 games a season if I was lucky. It was always hard for me to watch them so I was always ill-informed so I just enjoyed reading posts instead of trying to have an opinion I couldn't really support. When I left college I was actually able to start watching more which enabled me to be more of a positive poster I guess with a point, though Byrone my disagree:D

Positive poster, yes, with a point, that's debatable but you always put a smile on my face & that what counts the most.:D

players like David Luiz are IMO already better.
No chance.

Luiz may well become a better player, but he still makes too many really stupid mistakes.

If Chiellini is at a huge disadvantage just now, because he is playing in such a poor side, compared to pretty much all the other good CBs in Europe.

Because as teams sit back, you have less space to operate with. We aren't Barca. We don't have Messis and Iniestas to create shit out of a hat. And since that is the case, we shouldn't go out of our way to play like them either. This sort of 4-3-3 is VERY, VERY different from the one Barca deploys, so people are being very shortsighted. Just look at the midfield. Two destroyers in central midfield while the Catalan Clowns have Xavi and Busquets.

Not at ALL the same thing, and that calls for different dynamics.
It's not that I dont agree with you're opinion on that matter, I was not the one bringing up the Barca thing.. With or without a pouncher I still think a 4-3-3 or a 4-2-3-1 would work with Quag as the main striker/Forward.. But it still depends on the coach and the rest of the team ofc..

Anyway, what formation would you like us to play? just wondering..

T.Silly is good, actually great but he's not even the best CB in Milan, Lucio, Nesta and Samuel are better than him.
T.Silly or Silva, is by far better than Lucio and Nesta!.. Where do you live dude?? :D
Vidic is ofc in top5 in the world.. My top 5 would be, (no order)
Vidic, T.Silva, Pique, Chiellini & Samuel

Chiellini is not even among the top 5 defenders in Serie A, let alone in the world.
whatever dude
